Koogigo is built on trust, respect, and student empowerment. To keep our campus community safe and professional, all users must follow these standards.

Strict Academic Integrity

To protect our students and their academic standing, Koogigo has a zero-tolerance policy for academic dishonesty.

❌ Prohibited:

Paying for completed homework/essays
Thesis or dissertation writing services
Exam/Quiz proxying (taking tests for others)
Selling academic answers or test banks

✅ Allowed:

Peer tutoring & concept explaining
Proofreading & grammar checking
Data entry for research (non-analysis)
Graphic design for school projects

Professionalism & Respect

Clear Expectations: Posters must provide clear gig descriptions and honest budgets. Workers must be honest about their skills and deadlines.
Respectful Communication: No harassment, bullying, or discrimination based on school, course, or background.

Safety & Legal Compliance

Safe Spaces Act (RA 11313): We have zero tolerance for gender-based sexual harassment in online spaces. Any misogynistic, transphobic, or homophobic slurs or behavior will result in an immediate and permanent ban.

Secure Academic SSO: To guarantee a high-trust, "Students-Only" marketplace, we verify student enrollment via secure Google SSO using university-provided emails ending in .edu.ph. This minimizes data processing and keeps your personal identity completely safe.

Respect for Class Hours: Gigs and meetups should not interfere with scheduled classes or official school operations. Always prioritize your education.

Meet Safely: Always choose public campus areas (libraries, canteens, or study halls) for gig handovers. Never meet in private residences.
